Hi all, I have noticed that after doing some squats, the next day my thighs keep paining whole day. Walking becomes difficult and a little crooked. What could be the cause of this? Thanks!
I think this is muscular pain which you are facing and this will go after taking some rest from your exercise. So do little bit exercise from this part and try to contact with any doctor may be there some sprain.
Loosing weight is not a big deal now days, you don't need to worry about it. As everything has a solution. My brother was facing the same problem then his friend suggested him to try Mark Patrick's program. The programs are just incredible and a new way to get better health. I hope that you would love to know about this.

I also experienced that one..what i did was i do little bit exercised then later on, no more pain anymore..maybe it was just a muscle pain..
