He's sixty years old. Anyway, our issue is that he has very thick skin on his hands, and the needle, even when set at the deepest setting, will not puncture his skin. Anyone with any advice? Does he do it on the print? In my case, I usually have the most success pricking my finger on either side of the finger. Half way between the print and the nail, and half way to between the tip and first knuckle below the nail. I also find this to be the least painful areas.
