Mike,Glad to see you back. As you might be able to see from my posts that everyone back slides.
The important thing is to do what you have done and that is to get back on the wagon as you have.
My recent backslide started with a change of doctor's and the difficulty of getting the new doctor up to where I was before. Before you knew it a year had passed then my F-I-L nearly passed.
We got him healed and back on his feet and he seems much happier moved in with us and not all alone as he was before.
We converted the garage into his apartment, so he has his privacy and if he needs us we are only a doorway away.
He and my wife has been planting flowers like crazy this year. He used to do this with and for his wife, and my wife realizes that in some ways he is using her as a surrogate for her mother.
Now his health is so good that he only takes one prescription med for his thyroid. I wished I could say that. He will be 86 next month.
I was having problems with esophageal spasms and after my EGD and ballooning of my throat, I was able to get back on the shots and am now getting my numbers back to normal.
Now that every obstacle has been overcome my numbers are returning to normal.
