When ever you take over the counter meds or supplements and Prescription meds it is imperative that the doctor and the Pharmacist knows because of the possible inter-actions between the two. For some meds there are foods that can't be eaten at the same time. Such as milk with antibiotics as an example the milk changes the absorption rate. I think you should not mix the two and stick with the Lyrica mainly because it works. If it works, why would you need to experiment with anything else that may not necessarily provide you with the benefit you need? I do utilize more natural and organic methods when necessary for my medical care but sometimes you are better off with the prescription drug you've been prescribed.
