I was recently told i have pre diabetes.....on top of extremely low vitamin D, and dangerously low thyroid function . Im physically disabled. And my husband and i both have food allergies .(plus he's a really pick eater). So i need to re learn how to cook to make us healthy. I am soooo over whelmed. Where do i start???
You can treat your problem with a new molecular therapy that uses targeted peptides and proteins to restore cellular function. You will find more information if you search Google using keywords "Peptide treatment" or "Regenerative Cellular Therapy".
I give you a lot of credit for looking for healthier cooking methods. You'll find many excellent recipes here. Look for recipes for foods that you enjoy, and you'll learn how to remake your favorite recipes into something healthier. There's good information here about prediabetes: http://diabetes.niddk.nih.gov/dm/pubs/pr.../ Most hospitals will offer a prediabetes education program, and many YMCA's run similar programs. Ask your doctor what is available in your area so that you have the information you need. ~Lynn @Glucerna
I have one more blood sugar test (#3) before being declared diabetic but my doctor is encouraging me to eat as though I am already diagnosed. I am glad for your pre diabetes link info I have changed my eating habits and I am losing weight.
